Intini’s Picholine Extra-virgin Olive Oil comes from Apulia, Italy and has a rich taste, with a predominance of artichokes, together with subtle nuances of mustard plants, green tomatoes and herbs. This extra-virgin olive oil is delicate on the palate, with a pleasant blend of bitter and peppery finishes.
The Picholine cultivar is extremely high in Polyphenol, which have a proved antioxidant action. This extra-virgin olive oil is, as a result, especially healthy.
Also available now is Intini’s Cima di Mola Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Cima di Mola is a cultivar that originates in the Itria Valley, Apulia, Italy. It is now almost extinct, given the high costs of the harvesting, as the olives have to be necessarily picked by hand.
This unique and exquisite extra-virgin olive oil has a robust taste, with a predominance of nuts, together with subtle nuances of arugula and tomato leaves. It pairs well with soups and red meats.
